Summer Holiday Wishlist 2015

My favourite thing to do before a summer holiday is compile a wishlist of bits and bobs I need (want). I love reading other blogs and browsing Pinterest for inspiration so I thought I would compile my own little list. I'm going to Majorca in a few weeks and it'll be my first proper beach holiday in a couple of years and I'm getting far too excited for it! Here are a few things I'm lusting after at the moment:

Hooray, I'm super excited I'm going to Lovebox festival this weekend. I thought I'd compile a few lovely pieces for outfit inspiration for the day! 

Festival Fashion: The Kimono

With official start of the festival season Glastonbury less than 3 weeks away it's time for us ladies to start planning our festival wardrobes! In my opinion the Summer's hottest trend this year is the Kimono. Let's face it, the way the weather is going in the UK at the moment I doubt we'll all be whipping out our bikini tops and shorts for a while yet so the Kimono is the perfect antidote. You can cover up in style whilst still maintaining the Summer vibe. Style with high waisted shorts, crop top & sandals (or wellies) for the perfect festival outfit!

Isobel's A/W 2013 Picks

Alas, Autumn is upon us in the UK and as I mourn the loss of Summer what else can a girl do but peruse around the shops in search of something suitable to wear in this dreary weather! And what with fashion week here I thought it was only right to put together a few beauties in line with the Autumn/Winter trends this year. Tartan and leather will be huge with punk making a revival. As typical at this time of year layering is key, especially with different textures. Bold and clashing prints have been carried through from the Spring/Summer trends.

Fashion Haul & Packing for V Festival

A bit of a last minute post as we head off to V Festival today! We are very lucky to have been gifted a pair of VIP tickets from Very. Of course I couldn't help picking up a few pieces of festival appropriate fashion & thought I'd show you what I got as well as the other bits I'm taking with me.

Printed Tees, left- Primark, right- River Island

Pink off shoulder Dress- Cheap Monday

Wellies- Asos 

These wellies are made by Hunter but at a fraction of the price (and also much lighter- Hunters are really heavy!)! I couldn't bring myself to fork out for Hunters seeing as I have my sights set on this beautiful Mulberry pair, which are more City appropriate for stomping about in snow, slush & rain this winter.

Cardis, left- Primark, right- JZD

Floral bandeau playsuit (Zara- old, similar here)

Tan ankle boots, navy floral shorts, extra belt, jewellery, scarf, lots of socks, floral headband.

Rings.

Pink crystal (Topshop- old), turquoise peace sign- Primark, pink stone- Primark, fine gold every size rings- Asos

Big waterproof black duffel bag to throw everything in (fits all my clothes, toiletries & a sleeping bag)- American Apparel

Given the weather forecast I'm also taking this spotty waterproof coat (Primark- Old).
